KernD and KTG invite you to apply as a speaker for a technical or scientific contribution at KERNTECHNIK 2024 in Leipzig, Germany.

In a first step, please give us information about yourself and your career. Please choose your session and submit your contribution as an abstract (minimum 300 words). The appropriate guidelines for your abstract can be found here in the template to be used: template.

  • Nuclear transportation & containers for storage

  • Radiation protection in transportation and storage of radioactive waste
  • Integrity, characterization and behavior of spent nuclear fuel
  • Radiation fields and heat load

(YSW) Young Scientist’s Workshop

  • Young Scientist = registered student at a university or research institution or scientific employee
  • YSW contributions will be evaluated by a separate jury and assigned to the corresponding Technical Sessions later on. (The former separate event "Young Scientist's Workshop" will be integrated.)
  • The YSW presentations will be marked accordingly in the program.

Once our Program Committee has met, you will receive the "Notification of Acceptance" and we will ask you to upload your "Full Paper". Please note the following deadlines:
